Specialist Case Management: Using a trauma-centered approach to provide intensive one-to-one support for children and young adults who have been sentenced for violence related offences and/or are perpetrating acts of violence within the secure/prison estate.

Personal Development Programmes: We have a catalog of established programmes or can create bespoke therapeutic and/or OCN accredited interventions to meet specific requirements.

Innovation & Action-Research: Building on evidence-based practice to keep developing and expanding our work.


Specialist Case Work: Supporting individuals with their emotional well-being through-the-gate and/or during community based sentences. This also includes referring into other appropriate services and helping participants into education, employment and training.

Mentoring: Working with children and young people who may be considered medium to high risk, preventing and/or diverting them from entering the criminal justice system.

Prevention & Interventions: Adaptations of our custody based personal development programmes to work with children and young adults who are at risk of entering the secure/prison estate.

Sharing Practice: This is a FREE workshop in the community for frontline staff to come together, build relationships and share practice.

BookClub: For women who work on the frontline with children and young people affected by violence. Runs once a month in London.

Women Involved In Strategic Change: A networking lunch for women involved in strategic and systems change within the context of working with children and young people and/or the criminal justice system.

Training for YOUR Team: We run a range CPD trainings or can create bespoke workshops and courses to meet the needs of your service, organisational or institution.

Open Training: We run a number of different trainings and workshops in the community.
