Passionate about leadership and effective communication he loves working with organisations and communities on how they can lead and communicate better.
Emma Wilson joined us as a qualified Building Surveyor and has a background working within the Construction & Facilities Maintenance Industry. For the past few years she has worked as a consultant to small business helping them develop their policies and procedures. Emma leads on our employment-based contracts and is currently developing a network of corporations that are able to place our participants returning to citizenship into work.

Professor aladin aladin has complex leadership experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors. aladin now advises clients on strategy and innovation and has Visiting Professor status at a number of faculties in the UK and abroad.
Whitney has over 17 years experience as a frontline practitioner working with young people and communities affected by violence. Her professional experience expands across the community and criminal justice system, having worked in several prison estates with high risk individuals.
She has trained in forensic and organisational psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic and Association for Psychodynamic Practice and Counselling in Organisational Settings. Her specialist focus is on violence and trauma using a psychoanalytic framework, which influences her work as both a practitioner and trainer. Whitney has held multiple professional roles across the sector and is currently completing an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development at SOAS.
